NOTICE OF FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of NICO Holdings Plc at their Board Meeting, held on 29th August 2025, resolved that a first interim dividend of MK6.258 billion representing MK6.00 per share , ( 2024: MK3.129 per share representing MK3.00 per share)  be paid in respect of the year ending 31st December 2025.
Shareholders recorded in the members register of the company at the close of business on Friday 19th September 2025 will be eligible for the dividend payable on Monday 22nd  September 2025. The Register will be closed from 20th September 2025 to 22nd September 2025, and no transfers will be registered during that time. Shareholders are advised that the ex- dividend date is Wednesday 17th of September 2025. (the ex-dividend date is the date on which the shares begin trading without the subsequent dividend value). Therefore, for a shareholder to receive the 1st interim dividend they must own the shares before Wednesday 17th September 2025.
