The Board consists of eight directors, seven of whom are non-executive directors. The roles of the Chairman and Managing Director are separate. The Board recognises its responsibility to provide ethical leadership, promote the Company’s Vision and uphold its values. Board members, therefore, act in the best interest of the Company and its stakeholders.
