Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of NICO Holdings Plc at their 53^rd  Annual General Meeting, held on 28^th June 2023 resolved that a final dividend of MK1.043 billion representing 100 tambala per share (2021: MK626 million representing 60 tambala per share) as recommended by directors be paid in respect of the year ended 31^st December 2022.

The register of shareholders will be closed from 21^st July 2023 to 24^th July 2023 both days inclusive and no transfers will be registered during that time.

The dividend will be paid on 28^th July 2023 to shareholders appearing in the register as at close of business on Friday 21^st July 2023.
