In her remarks, the Group Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, Ms. Taweni Gondwe Xaba highlighted NICO’s commitment to ensuring seamless customer experience for clients across all customer touch points. This strategic move aims to provide seamless, systemic assistance to clients across our group’s diverse portfolio of financial services.
